1. Only the blower of the air conditioner does not cool

Many people are full of questions about why the air conditioner does not cool when the machine first experiences summer? Such people are usually ordered to "come back and read through the instructions after asking such difficult questions when there is no inspection countermeasure. The" A/C "on the operation panel indicates that the air conditioner is turned on. However, they have no choice but to press the key, right? Don't believe it. They never read the instructions. 2. The actual effect of air conditioning cooling is not very good

It is confirmed that the process of turning on the air conditioner is correct, but the air conditioner still feels that the air conditioner cannot supply air conditioner, so first check whether the air conditioner drive belt is loose. If it is OK, check whether the refrigerant (i.e. snow seed, Freon) is insufficient. If it is OK, check the power circuit. If the power circuit is OK, clean the internal and external circulation of the air conditioner evaporator and the air conditioner filter.

3. The air volume of the air conditioner is small

The volatilization box has deposited a thick layer of lime fly ash residue, which makes it impossible to absorb the air inlet, and then to blow out the air. Start the inspection first. If the refrigeration compressor can operate, it means that the working pressure foundation of the system software is normal, although it can only drain the cold air. Note that the cold air can be recycled and reused. It is unnecessary to be impatient when discharging the cold air. Gradually discharge the cold air from the bottom pressure side of the meter. Then remove the air conditioning system software to dissolve the cleaning. After reinstallation, take time to add cold air to solve the problem. The air conditioner should always check whether there is soil, smoke, fallen leaves and other dirt in the cooler plate fin type. If there is, it should be cleaned with high pressure gas, steam or water.

5. Freon has just been added, and it is still cold at the beginning. After a few hours, the wind blows warm

If there is no Freon refrigeration compressor, the clutch is not engaged. If there is fluoride, check whether there is ice blockage or dirty blockage. Check the broken pipe with soap solution.

6. Air conditioner holding

Most of them are due to the shortage of diesel engines, the reduction of diesel engine power, and the inability to drive the air conditioner, or the inconformity between the output power of the hydraulic oil pump and the output power of the diesel engine. The output power of ordinary air conditioners accounts for one tenth of that of diesel engines. The solution is to increase the engine displacement or reduce the output power of the pump, and increase the accelerator pedal when opening the air conditioner.
